The Exhibit Hall is set up on the main floor of the building, with the Vendor Spotlight sessions on the balcony above the main floor (above booths 100-104 and 109-113 [please see separate floor plan]). Therefore, attendees can choose to stay on the main exhibit floor during Vendor Spotlight sessions, OR attend the Vendor Spotlight sessions upstairs.
In addition, the Internet Café will be located upstairs directly above the Main Entrance to the building. Vendor Spotlights will alternate from one side of the balcony to the other, so Vendors will have ample time to set up in order to start promptly at their appointed time, ensuring the complete hour!
If you have not yet registered for your Booth, please do so as quickly as possible. Please be sure to indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Booth choices on your registration form. Since Booth assignments are made when payment is received, they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
