 Right on par, the ITLMA is please to announce the annual M.P. Garza Memorial ITLMA Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, June 9th at 8am at the The Boulders Resort. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Valley of the Sun YMCA in Phoenix.

The Game: Southwestern Salsa, Mango Salsa or Smoked Salsa. Whatever you call that savory concoction of fresh tomatoes, spices and fiery hot ingredients, it is without a doubt your groups will find this competition the best. There's no standard recipe but our Chef has put together a few good ones so you can be as creative as you like. But to truly appreciate the Salsa Challenge, one has to do more than taste it. You have to experience first-hand what it’s like to chop, grill and season all of those fresh ingredients, create the salsa masterpiece and dazzle your teammates with your creativity.
You and your team now have the opportunity to participate in this great challenge. See your Southwestern or Smokey salsa through from start to finish. After creating the best darn salsa ever, you design a marketing to promote your culinary marvel.
